Hola! We are a family from Prague who have fulfilled their dream and discovered a second home in Spain – in a place where our favorite elements come together – the sun, the sea and the mountains. Spain is a wonderful place to live that inspires us with culture, nature, food, health and friendly people.

The house is located a 3-minute walk from the spacious sandy beach on the Costa Blanca coast, the warmest place in Spain all year round, and even in Europe for the number of sunny days. The street where our house stands is only for pedestrians, cars do not pass here, and only 5 minutes from the house there is a free parking lot by the beach. 

The house is situated on four floors. The house is primarily for 4 people – after an agreement with the hostess, you can set up a couch in the house or add an inflatable bed (romantic couples will appreciate the ‘bed under the starry sky’ and falling asleep to the sound of the sea). 

You can come to us all year round – in the winter months, temperatures on the coast reach up to 26 degrees. We are extremely happy to travel around the world, so we know how pleasant it is to arrive at a place that will offer you complete facilities. Here you will find not only a fully equipped kitchen, a grill on the terrace, toys for children, complete equipment for the beach, but also an electric scooter, Netflix or PlayStation 4 with a supply of great games. 

From the ‘360’ terrace we can see the entire coast of Villajoyosa, the historic city and the distant mountains. We recommend enjoying the sunrises from the sea and the sunsets behind the mountains. This is our favorite spectacle every day
